Inside Voices is an independent creative practice that is built on the idea of carrying out purposeful and sustainable design. We aim to strike a balance between clothing, art, and design, whilst keeping people and the planet in mind. The term ‘sustainable’ gets thrown around a lot in regards to defining and establishing brands, however we want to do our part in ensuring that it’s true intentions are at the core of what we do.
We have a mission of promoting creative expression whilst making zero contribution to textile waste. We work with upcycled and recycled garments as a solution to that. Our team is dedicated to sourcing pre-owned and abandoned garments that are to be given a new life, as well as working with responsible manufacturers who process cotton waste into brand new goods. We think the notion of using your inside voice represents more than simply being quiet. Now more then ever, its important to harness that voice inside each of us and make it strong. To support ethical businesses, to speak out against injustice and to think and research before simply stating a fact. To make and do better.
