All orders placed within Australia recieve FREE shipping and will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. From dispatch, orders for same-city delivery generally arrive in 2-3 days, and delivery to nearby cities within 4-5 days. This time frame is not guaranteed, however if your order has not shown up within 7-10 business days, please contact us.
All orders placed outside Australia will receive flat rate shipping of $25. The time frame for most deliveries is approximately 2 weeks. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as items are shipped.
All deliveries are 100% carbon neutral and packed via recyclable and compostable materials only. Inside Voices is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS
All sales are final. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase so exchanges and returns may be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note, garment dyed and tie dyed pieces may see natural colour fade with wear and wash. To reduce colour fade, we recommend cold wash on gentle or by hand. Wash inside out and separately or with like colours.
