All sales are final. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase so exchanges and returns may be assessed on a case by case basis. CANCELLATIONS

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. From dispatch, orders for same-city delivery generally arrive in 2-3 days, and delivery to nearby cities within 4-5 days. This time frame is not guaranteed, however if your order has not shown up within 7-10 business days, please contact us. All orders placed outside Australia have a time frame of approximately 2 weeks. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as items are shipped. Inside Voices is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
